This is an on going tennancy that lasts until 31st of August 2025. Rent is paid in 3 month installments due March 1st and June 1st only 7 weeks of rent will be due on date of move in since you will be covering the remaining rent for the 3 month installment paid Dec 1st

Shared toilet and kitchen.
Bills are paid separately to rent and are around 135 extra per month this can vary though (Total roughly Inc Bills is 695 pcm)
This includes council tax which the household would be exempt from if a student joins as there is currently 1 student on this property already.

2nd slightly smaller room within the property may be available but is the same price great if your looking to bring a friend. Let me know if your interested
