Looking for a flatmate

✨ LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO REPLACE MY FLATMATE IN EARLY 2025! ✨

My current flatmate is moving out around February 2025 so I am looking for someone to replace her!
The tenancy runs out in July 2025 with the option to renew.

About the flat:

• The building is called The Astley in Ancoats. It’s extremly close to Piccadilly Gardens and Piccadilly Station (8 min walk) and you have Cutting Room Square, Islington Marina and all the cute bars and coffee shops right at your door step.

• We’ll be sharing a bathroom - however I am very clean and tidy and do a weekly clean and would want someone who shares the same standards as me!

• The building has a rooftop terrace with amazing views and a communal working space. They organise socials with the other residents in the building.

• There is a car park right next to the building however I’m not too familar with how it works as I don’t have a car.

• Rent is £697.50 pppm, with all bills coming to around £180 per month, so about £870 in total per month.

A little bit about me:

• I'm 24. I’m originally from Romania and have lived in Manchester for 5 years now. I studied Economics and Uni of Manchester and now I work 9-5 as a Business Analyst in Finance.

• My office is in Piccadilly Gardens and I tend to go in approx 3-4 times a week and 1/2 days WFH (I’ve got a desk in my room).
I am looking for someone who has a similar working pattern (so not someone who works WFH all the time) and is also a young professional.

• I go to the gym, I cook, I enjoy going to classes, brunch and coffee places and outdoor activities like running etc. I am very clean and tidy and I have a routine and would expect the same standards (especially cause we would share a bathroom) and to share chores around the house!
