One Bedroom (Double)

Flatmate required from start of February. Large double bedroom (with en suite), alongside the canal with a balcony (great view) out of the living room. The flat is generally quite warm and the bills are not particularly high each month. There is a washer/dryer.

The flat is about 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly train station (if you use the shortcut). Everything in the city centre is within a 25 minute walk. Aldi and PureGym are about 5 minutes walk away. It is in a brilliant location.

I like watching football and cricket, going to the pub and playing sports. I also go to the gym.

I am studying for actuarial exams so I am usually in the office. Would be extremely grateful if the new flatmate can vacate the flat for a few hours whilst I sit my exams (this would be my two/three mornings a year on working days).
