Flatmate needed - end of January-Manchester City C

I am moving country at the end of January so I'm looking for someone to replace my tenancy.

The room a really good size with a big wardrobe and double bed. You also have your own bathroom with a bath. The apartment is a bell layout (rooms are on either side of the living room), so you have your own privacy and space. You are on the top floor so, its not too noisy and you have a view of the sunrise, Manchester and garden. The apartment comes with A/C which is great for those really hot days on the rare occasions we get them.
You will also have access to the building next door which has a gym and co-working space. There's even a coffee shop below and a Coop up the road.

Location is very central and close to Victoria Station, the Arndale Shopping Centre and town centre itself. There's easy access to the trams which are cheap and convenient if you need to get to the other side of Manchester for work.

My flatmate is lovely and I think anyone living with her will have a great time and even make a good friend.
She's looking for someone who's a female working professional. 27 years and over so you're closer in age. Preferably office based or hybrid (as there's a co-working space).
