I’m relocating for work and I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The lease is set to end in April, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a short-term let (4 months). Plus, there's an option to extend the lease for an additional year, should you and the existing tenant agree!
The apartment is a delightful two-bedroom place right in the town center—a surprisingly spacious hidden gem just a 2-minute walk from Piccadilly Station! You'll never have to worry about transportation, and if you love going out, there's an abundance of fantastic places to explore nearby.
The room I'm letting is quite large and boasts an en-suite bathroom, giving you plenty of space to call your own. You'll be sharing the apartment with a 24-year-old flatmate who works from home five days a week (rent negotiations are welcome if you work outside the home frequently) and follows a vegan lifestyle. She prefers a pet-free environment, so the new flatmate will need to be pet-free as well. She's friendly and sociable but will also respect your space if you prefer some quiet time.
