The room I'm letting is quite large and boasts an en-suite bathroom, giving you plenty of space to call your own. You'll be sharing the apartment with a 24-year-old flatmate who works from home five days a week (rent negotiations are welcome if you work outside the home frequently) and follows a vegan lifestyle. She prefers a pet-free environment, so the new flatmate will need to be pet-free as well. She's friendly and sociable but will also respect your space if you prefer some quiet time.

A washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Utilities will be an additional £97 per month, covering water, electricity, and gas with an uncapped allowance—perfect for these chilly winter days! Council tax is £140 per person per month.
