Myself and my flatmate are moving out from the City Centre, but have this exciting luxury apartment that we are looking to transfer our tenancy for. We are on the 12th floor with all bills included with the exception of Council Tax (If you're a student, then you don't need to pay that!). You can move in with a Zero Deposit too with a minimum of 6 month tenancy. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, both ensuites (one ensuite is a shower and the other has a shower/bath).
