Victoria Station Apartment
I rent the small bedroom need someone buddy up for the main one. I’m easy going, clean, sociable. I want to be with someone is willing to communicate and maintain the public space sanity in good terms. Also it will be better if we could hangout occasionally and be sociable. I’m a student but quiet most times, my former roommate wfh 4-5days a week and we are still good friends so rest assured! But unfortunately I can only share 1/4 of council tax if bills are out of ur budget. Epc level is B, house build since 2010, so in pretty good condition. Former roommate can make do with electric blankets (above 5 Celsius) so bill per month around 70£ each.

Our apartment is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from Victoria train station, offering easy access to public transport. 5min walk to bus station of 43, 15min walk to bus 18 and etc, within a 10-minute walk to Marks and Spencer and Selfridges, Co-op supermarket right downstairs for daily essentials, 25min to Chinatown.

Amenities:
Big cooking area with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher included, u can share my coffee machine, featuring a stunning floor-to-ceiling window in the living room. Have a mattress in living room for guest stay over. WiFi all set, no TV, no dryer. But hey, there’s plenty space to hang ur clothes.
Outdoor Space:
Room is at the end of the hallway, privacy guaranteed, with a corner balcony provide fresh air. Pets considered, prefer cats tho… dogs are too loud😂
Room Details:
Master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, a large king-size double bed, a desk, closet, coat rack, and bedside tables. Bedding will be laundered and ready for your use. Willing to sell the bicycle if needed. I live in the smaller bedroom.
Lease Information:
The rental contract expires on September 6, 2025, but it can be renewed. Landlord is very approachable.
The earliest move-in date is January 23rd but u could stay at living room if want to move in earlier. Renting for the long term is preferred, ensuring security for both parties. But shorter tenancy is considered as well (at a higher price).
