Manchester Victoria double room

Hi,

I recently moved to Manchester and signed for a two bed flat. I am doing a graduate scheme, so working and studying part-time. Split my weeks between work from home and in the office, there is a desk in the bedroom if you also work from home.

The flat is super well located, 20 mins walk to all of the city centre and directly across the road from Oxford Road Station. Theres a super spacious living room/kitchen, it also has a dishwasher and washing machine.

The monthly rent is 725, with bills it should be around 800-900 a month depending on energy use. I've already set up wifi and all the utility accounts so that is sorted out. The deposit is £837.
