I share it with my mate Jac (28 year old musician!) and I’m looking for someone to move in at the start of February to take over my room due to changing jobs.
It’s very spacious with 2 double rooms, a shared bathroom, large living room/kitchen and double balcony.
In terms of cost, it’s a total of approx. £700 pcm all-in with the following breakdown:
* Rent = £562.50 pcm
* Bills (Electricity, Wifi, Water, Heating + Firestick TV) = £70
* Confirm tax = £80
* Deposit = £516
