2 Double Rooms in City Centre with Outdoor Space!

2 of us are moving out of our lovely 3-bed apartment from mid-late Feb. We are looking for 2 people to take over our tenancy for at least 6 months (it renews again Aug 2025). We’re happy to have viewings from 2 friends or individuals.

You’d be moving in with a good friend of ours who will be staying in the flat (and our 3-legged cat, Van).

Both rooms are big doubles, one with an en-suite and one shares the main bathroom with the remaining housemate.

The flat itself is large and spacious with high ceilings. It’s on the ground floor and has its own patio/terrace area which is rare in the city centre, and great in the summer.

The building (Anaconda Cut) is a dream - the rent includes access to the gym, co-working spaces, free coffee, a cinema room and a 24hr concierge who are super helpful.

Any questions please feel free to ask! We’re sad to leave this place and are only moving on due to personal circumstances. The ideal is to have someone replace mid-late Feb (we can be a bit flexible with the dates).
