Beautiful room for rent in flat on Oxford Rd

Hi!

My flatmate is moving out and I'd like to renew the tenancy because I love this apartment, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to share with.

It's a very new 2-bed flat just around the corner from Oxford Rd train station. So smack bang in the centre near all the transport links and with various supermarkets at your doorstep. Each room has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.

All bills except council tax (band D) are included. Also included is biweekly housekeeping, a new gym, a new lounge bar on the 35th floor and there's lots of state-of-the-art coworking space in this building and the adjacent building we're able to use. Rent is an approximate indication, will find out the exact amount in January. I'll also find out about the deposit.

I'm friendly and laid-back, I'm always up for a chat and socialising but might equally need some me-time as I've got a high pressure job. Therefore the only thing that's incredibly important to me (apart from basic cleanliness) is that my home is a place of rest, because I'm airline crew and I work funny hours. So I'm not looking for any loud party people. My ideal flatmate would be a friendly, considerate and quiet woman in their late 20s or in their 30s. It's important we get along but would love it if we could be friends :). Would suit someone who works at the office most of the time.

More about me: I'm a travel addict and a foodie, I like to keep fit and healthy (lots of yoga) but also like to enjoy life and go out for a bite to eat and a glass of wine.
