1 Room with own bathroom in Green Quarter 650/m

Hi All!

I'm Dawid, 25yo professional, looking for a new flatmate from February/March as my current flatmate has recently found a new job and will be moving down south shortly. Specifications of the room down below:

>> Apartment on 11th floor in Cypress Place building in Green Quarter (the same building as Cheetham Hill Co-op)
>> Bedroom furnished with double bed, wardrobe, night tables and drawers
>> Own bathroom (the one in the photo) just across your room
>> Shared living room/kitchen as per pictures - dishwasher, big firdge and freezer, microwave, oven
>> Utility room storing washing machine/dryer and water boiler
>> Balcony
>> Flat managed by an agent - Nexis Property
>> Price for the whole flat is £1,300 / month - split equally £650
>> Deposit of c. £650 will be required prior to moving in, paid directly to the agent
>> Bills (broadband, water, electricity) and council tax (band D) NOT included - from experience adds c. £150 on top of the rent every month
>> 10 min walk to Victoria Station, 15min to Arndale, 20 min to St Peters Square and 25min to Piccadilly, 15min to Urban exchange with Aldi, and Puregym
>> Car park available (although sporadically used by my partner whenever they come to visit)

Little bit more about me:
I'm 25 y. o., of Polish origin, currently working in banking. I'm enjoying a hybrid contract - at least 3 days in the office and so, happy to acccommodate for any remote workers :).

Despite moving to Manchester in 2023, haven't had much chance to explore or make a lot of new connections and so, someone willing to socialise would be appreciated. I'm very open and friendly, always happy to try new things. Some of my interests are: video games and board games (collection shown in a photo), gym (in a desperate need of a gym buddy), bouldering, escape rooms and few more.

I identify as part of the LGBTQ+ family and it's crucial for me that my future flatmate is alright with this or is part of the community. My partner currently lives in Birmingham and comes visit every other weekend.
