This is a short term lease from 5th Feb 2025 till 21st Feb 2025 as Im moving out but the tenancy ends later.

Location is M4, Green Quarter.

The price listed is approx estimation of bills including electricity, water, wifi, and council tax for the listed dates.

My flatmate works from home and mostly stays in his room so living room and kitchen will be yours to use.

The room isn’t en-suite but comes with a separate spacious bathroom.

Located nearly 5 mins away from Manchester Victoria and Arndale.

Most suitable for male tenants between mid twenties to early thirties.

Smoking and pets aren’t allowed in the flat.
