Ensuite Double Room in City Centre

I'm moving out of my ensuite room in a lovely 3-bed flat from mid-Feb (I can flexible on dates). I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a minimum of 6 months (it renews again August 2025).

You'd be moving in with a good friend of mine and another new flatmate that's moving in shortly, as well as our 3-legged very cute cat!

The flat's a great location and super spacious - it has high ceilings as well as a terrace area. And the building (Anaconda Cut) is great, it includes access to the gym, co-working spaces, free coffee, a cinema room and a 24hr concierge which is super helpful.
