Room Available in Green Quarter ✨✨

We have a double room available in our lovely flat in the Green Quarter. We are looking for someone 24+ (no students for council tax purposes, sorry). The room is available from the 1st Feb.

The room is a double, and furnished with a bed and bedside table. The current occupier also has a clothes rail and desk in there, so the room is a good size. The flat is a 3 bed with 1 bathroom, but this hasn’t been an issue so far. We also get some stunning sunsets!

Rent is only £465 (an absolute steal!!), bills (council tax, water, electricity) are approx £140 a month, with it being significantly less in the summer. There is free street parking available (where Bex parks), or parking available inside the building for a fee. There is also a tenancy change admin fee of £60.

Bex and I met this time last year on this page, and have become good friends, but we have quite different schedules so we’re not together all the time. Bex works as a sports nutritionist at Sheffield Academy, and I work in the civil service. We’re looking for someone sociable and fun, and being clean and tidy is an absolute must!
