Double ensuite room in Manchester City Center

Hey! I’m looking for someone to sublet a spare room in this amazing 2 bed, 2 bath (both ensuite) apartment in M3 available from 15th Dec. My flatmate will be moving back to Australia in Dec. The minimum stay is 1 year. Can do viewings in person or through video call if required. Can share videos of apt on request via whatsapp (for some odd reason its not letting me add the video on here).

The rent is around £750 per month, and bills (including council tax) come to roughly £200 per head, so all in all, about £900 per month.

A bit about me:
I’m 27, a Structural engineer working in construction, and I’ve lived in Manchester for three years. I’m pretty chill – I am laid back and easy to get along with, i like to keep my space clean and tidy, and I’d appreciate someone who feels the same. After work, I enjoy cooking, watching a good film, or just having a chat. I’m into sports and arts, and I’m always up for an occasional drink or night out, but I also respect personal space.
