Room to rent in Gay flatshare

Hey I'm Leighton. I have an unfurnished room to rent in my flat in Salford/city centre. Flat has been fully newly decorated including the room for rent. I do take pride in my home. I currently have a housemate who is leaving on 15th of September. I am looking for someone works full time, who likes to socialise but also relax during the week. I like to go on the odd nights out at a weekend but chill in the week, someone who likes a good horror film would be good. I don't mind cooking either. I work from home on Mondays and the out and about during the week. I would like to meet potential house mates first to make sure we click and get on, I would like this person to be a friend not just someone I live with. I do smoke but on the balcony or at the kitchen window only. Flat is on the 12th floor. Get in touch, I'm hoping to show the room and meet people so I can gauge if we would be a good fit for housemates. Viewing would be evening time mostly. Room is much bigger than it looks on photo so viewing advised. Happy to talk about furnishing the room too, but that would change monthly costings.
