1 bedroom en-suite in a 2 bed flat -Uhaus

Hi everyone, I am looking for a new flatmate to move into an amazing apartment at Uhaus/previously known as Vita Living Circle square, Manchester City Center.
I am hoping to find someone who’s friendly and easygoing.

I am a 35 year old doctor working in MFT at present. Some of my interests include going to the gym, brunching, eating out, chilled nights in, and meeting new people. I’d love to find a person who will potentially a friend and not just a flatmate.

Uhaus is an amazing living apartment.

Rent is £950 each
Bills around £120 split between two (bills can be less (less than a £100), previously bills were included in the rent however they have recently changed this and I got an estimate from the building managers for all the flats and they said roughly £120)
Council tax is around £198 split between two.
