The location is a 3-minute walk to New Islington tram stop, 1 minute to the bus stop (216, 230, 231), and around a 10-minute walk to Piccadilly Station.
Your room comes furnished with:

* Wardrobe
* Desk
* Bedside cabinet
You'll also have the main bathroom all to yourself.
The flat has an open-plan kitchen/living area with a Juliette balcony, a glass hob, and microwave, plus a separate utility room with a washing machine.

Bills (split equally):

* Council tax: £206/month
* Electricity varies depending on usage (typically around £70–£80/month in summer and up to around £160/month in winter)
About you
