Double Room & Bathroom in modern flat in NOMA

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy on the 18 April, so I am looking for someone to renew the tenancy with! The tenancy would be for 6 months until 18 October and then you could either continue with another person or also end the tenancy.

The room is a furnished double room with its own bathroom. Furniture includes a double bed, mattress, 2 bed side tables and wardrobe. The flat is bright, spacious and modern and very central.

Bills come to approx £200 a month. A gym and communal working area are included as part of the Meadowside complex.

I am 23, I work in Law and WFH x3 a week. I love to go out but also have chill nights, reading, movie nights and to cook. Looking for a friend not just a flatmate! I like to keep the flat very clean and tidy.
