It's a comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, situated just by Salford Central station, 10 mins walk from Exchange square. 2 mins walk from an express Tesco & 8 mins to Pure Gym.
It's a great location in town. The building has 24 hour security and a concierge.
The room available is comfortable and comes with a double bed with storage drawers, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table. There is a separate bathroom with a shower/bath which will be yours only.
I am a 32 y/o working professional and work in the office Monday- Friday . I am looking for a person, who is friendly, very very clean and organised , and respectful of the space with a similar working pattern ideally (no full time WFH).
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, cutlery, etc).

-at least 6 months at your current position or a UK Guarantor
