Looking for a housemate for a flat share in a 2 bed 2 bath town house on Piccadilly canal. Under 10 minutes walk from Piccadilly station and to Aldi/gym/restaurants. Great location as no traffic can be heard. Includes a permit for a parking space on the street.

The room also has its own balcony, double bed and wardrobes. There are stairs in the house with the living/dining space and kitchen on one floor and the bedrooms/bathrooms on the top floor. The living room window faces out onto the view of the canal.

Looking for someone clean and tidy with the same interests as me.
