Overseas landlord for 12 years now. I am looking for a friendly, reachable, tidy and considerate tenant. Have to respect each other privacy and have to be quiet as the apartment has strict policy. Landlord also act upon any issue 24/7.

Expected to be clean and tidy and to keep most of your belongings in your room as the flat doesn’t have much storage in the shared spaces.

Someone who views it as their home and is happy to keep it nice by keeping it tidy, sharing chores etc is a must.
