Mostly sharing area so You'll need to be comfortable sharing.

REQUIREMENTS: There will be no admission charges like any agents! So peace of mind! There will be a stringent credit check on the agreement of the rental where your photo IDs and employer confirmation is necessary. If not you'll need guarantor. You must be a professional.
The flat is available as soon as possible. Preferably start tenure on 1st Feb.
Rates are not negotiable.

The rates includes internet bill only. The electric is equal shares split 50/50 - so between £50 to £100 each a month depending on the time of year. Water bill at £29, WIFI at £12. Electric bill and council tax are not inclusive. You can bring your contract over should you wish. Council tax band is C, Estimated at £81 . Bit about the landlord:
Overseas landlord for 13 years now. I am looking for a friendly, reachable, tidy and considerate tenant. Have to respect each other privacy and have to be quiet as the apartment has strict policy. Landlord also act upon any issue 24/7.

Expected to be clean and tidy and to keep most of your belongings in your room as the flat doesn’t have much storage in the shared spaces.

Someone who views it as their home and is happy to keep it nice by keeping it tidy, sharing chores etc is a must.
