Hello everyone! I'm looking for a female tenant (as the other tenant is female) to sublet a room in a shared 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat located in Manchester city centre - 1 min walk to the tram and 10 min walk to Arndale. The available room measures around 3m x 3m and comes furnished with a wardrobe, a bed, and a drawer. The bathroom is spacious. The living room is quite large and includes a fully equipped kitchen. This offer is on a temporary basis, available from April 10 to August 22, with a reduced rent as all bills have been paid up front until the end of the lease.
