I’m renting out my lovely, fully furnished bedroom on the 12th floor of a spacious 3-bed flat right by Salford Central Station. It’s available from mid/end of June (I’m flexible with the moving date), with the lease running until the end of September – perfect for staying over the summer months! But if you wish to or are looking for a long-term place, there's also the option to extend the lease from September onwards (usually in 6-month periods).

The room is bright and cosy, with a large window, double bed, wardrobe and drawer. The bathroom is quite spacious, has a bathtub and is shared with just one flatmate.

The flat has a big, open-plan kitchen and living area – great for cooking, relaxing or working from home. The kitchen is generously sized for three people and includes a dishwasher. In the hallway, there’s a utility room with a washing machine that also has a built-in dryer function. You will have amazing views over Salford and the Northern city centre, and you can catch the sunrise from the bedroom in the morning and the gorgeous sunset (golden hour) all year around from the living room. The apartment is shared with two male flatmates, both young professionals. They're both clean, social, friendly and easy to get along with - I’ve had a really lovely time living with them! 😊

The location is super central and well connected – right next to the Ring Road and Salford Central Station, with multiple bus stops nearby. It’s just a 5–10 minutes walk into the city centre and they're lots of shops and great cafes and pubs around. Peel Park and Lidl are both only a 10-minute walk away! The area is lively, with everything you need close by.

Rent is £608 per month (excluding bills, wifi, and council tax) and includes a covered parking spot.
