THE FLAT:
the flat is on the second floor and catches a lot of sun. The bedroom has lots of storage space and a large window. The flat has a lovely open plan kitchen and living room with a wrap around balcony.
No parking included, but there is a car park a 2 min walk away which is £50 a month.

LOCATION:
The flat is very central in NOMA, just a 5 minute walk from Ancoats and the Northern Quarter (the best are of Manchester with loads of good bars, cafés and shops), only 10 minutes from Victoria station and within a 30 min walk of the whole city centre.

YOU:
Would suit a friendly, social and easy going young professional working in or around the city centre.

FLATMATE:
Tom is super friendly and outgoing. He plays football and is really into his music. He's training to be a solicitor so works pretty hard but is always keen for a catch up and some beers. His girlfriend is also around occasionally and is also really nice.

I am only moving out as I am moving to Australia!
