Hi there, my name is Ed and I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over from my friend who is moving out in late June. I'm interested in drawing, reading, playing racket sports and like to go to the pub occasionally.
The flat is on the 9th floor of an apartment building, it's got lots of natural light, a kitchen/living room space. Your room would be an ensuite. You would also have access to a gym and potentially parking if we ask for another spot although this isn't guaranteed.
The room is 825 without bills. Bills come in at around 200 a month each.
