Hi all, I'm looking for a replacement flatmate for this March as my current flatmate is moving out. This apartment is large and offers plenty of space, it's located 10 minutes from Arndale and 10 minutes from Manchester fort meaning that there is plenty of supermarkets, gyms, and public transport options nearby. In the bedroom there is a bed, wardrobe, desk, and side tables. There's also room for additional furniture in there if needed.

You will have the main bathroom to yourself and there is also a parking space included with the rent in a locked parking garage. There is also a secure mailroom.

There is also a Washer/Dryer Combo and a Dishwasher in the flat

Apartment rent is £675 and bills (council tax, utilities etc) typically comes to £225/month. My current arrangement with my flatmate is we both put £900 in a account for rent/bills

I'm Adam, a Gameplay Programmer for a local games studio. I love reading, cooking, baking, gaming, and exercising (gym/running/walking). I'm a fairly outgoing person once I am comfortably around you and I'm always up for hanging out with games/movies/nights out. I'm a fairly clean person, not a neat freak but not messy.
