I’m looking to sublet a self-contained 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in a Dwell student apartment, 121 Princess Street, with private bathroom and kitchen.
The latest rental end date is August 30, as that’s when my lease with the apartment ends. However, the move-in date is negotiable. The rent I paid for the room was £350 per week, but I’m happy to offer you a discount. If you’re planning a longer stay, the price is negotiable.

The room is located close to Manchester city centre, just a 5-minute walk to Oxford Road train station, 10 minutes to Piccadilly station, and 10 minutes to the city centre. There are many bus routes nearby, making transport very convenient.
It’s on the 5th floor, so you won’t hear noise from the bar downstairs or the street. The window of the room faces north, so it doesn’t get direct sunlight and stays cool in the summer.

The bedroom has a 1.35m-wide bed and a wardrobe. The unit comes with a private bathroom with ample hot water supply.
There is a spacious private kitchen and living room, equipped with an induction cooker, oven, microwave, TV, dining table, and sofa. The entire apartment has air conditioning and underfloor heating. The apartment provides free access to a washing machine and dryer, whereas in other apartments, doing one load of laundry typically costs around £5. I can leave all my daily necessities for you (if you don’t mind), so you can move in directly without needing to buy anything new.
All bills are included. Since this is a student apartment, the sublease will be processed through the official website only if you are a student.
