Double Room Manchester, next to NQ & Ancoats

Hi :) my flatmate is moving out on the 30th April and I would like someone to take her room as I love living here! It's a 2 double bedroom, beautiful, light and airy flat with huge windows and a massive balcony. We are on the top (5th floor) so there is no one above us, and there is also access to a shared rooftop terrace.

It's less than 10 mins walk to Victoria Station, 5 minutes walk into the centre of Manchester and 2 minutes walk to the NQ and Ancoats! Piccadilly Station is also less than 20 mins walk away. Plus, there's a secure, underground car parking space included for you as I don't drive, at no extra cost :) you also have the main bathroom as your own (bath and shower) as I have an en-suite.

The flat is fully furnished, some is mine and some is the landlord's. We are council tax band B - council tax plus electric, water and broadband comes to about £200 each a month. The flat is currently undergoing the final stages of cladding work, but it should be done within the next two months.

A little bit about me:
I am work nights as a veterinary care ssistant as well as a self-employed pole dance/fitness and aerial hoop instructor. I sleep in the day when on shift so you would be undisturbed if you work from home sometimes. I also have 6 pet rats but they don't go anywhere but my room so you won't encounter them or even really notice them!

Ideal flatmate:
Young professional, clean and tidy in communal areas, respectful of each other's space but sociable. I enjoy the occasional party (I'm in my 30s not 20s anymore though so not every weekend!), like going out for drinks/having people round for movies, going for hikes etc. I also do like having a fair amount of time to myself since I work so much I need to re-charge a lot. I identify as bisexual and would welcome anyone no matter their gender expression, sexuality or identity.
