hiya!!! i’ve lived in my flat 4 years, and my housemate is moving out.
the flat was unfurnished and i have furnished the shared space. big sofa bed in the living room and do have friends come to stay from time to time! housemate happy to sell furniture if needed from their room eg bed, desk.
i think bills come to around £175 each a month.
you’d be living with me and would love someone friendly and outgoing too!
i’m a civil servant, and work from home a few days a week. also jewish and queer!
i like music, raves, gigs, badminton, pub quizzes, eating, board games. like to keep busy and social so would be out half the evenings of the week at least probably! but would love someone to live with who feels comfortable to hang out too. my flat really feels like a home!
i have pet rats in a cage also!!! little pic attached :)
