Hi, I'm a 29-year old hospitality multi-site manager and easy-going guy. I play football weekly, go out regularly and enjoy socialising.
I really value a happy home and am looking for a friendly and agreeable flatmate to move in (my current flatmate is moving to Reading for a Master's degree).

The building is a Northern Quarter warehouse conversion and my apartment is a fourth floor corner unit. The bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the flat, with the living room in between them. All rooms have high-ceilings which maximise spaciousness and airflow, plus there is great natural light from the full-length sash windows.

Your would-be bedroom is fully furnished and has an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Bills are included except for splitting electricity/water.

The apartment is also fully furnished, including the kitchen which has a breakfast bar. I recently installed dimmable lighting and new modern radiators in all rooms. Finally, the location is excellent, with views of the canal, proximity to NQ bars and nearby Piccadilly train station.
