City Centre Flat Deadline 17/04/26 for June

Hi! I'm Julia :)

My flatmate is deciding if she wants to renew our tenancy next month so we've decided to do an interest check just in case anyone would be interested in taking over her part of the tenancy!

The new tenancy would start in June, but the renewal deadline is 2 months before our tenancy ends (so on the 17/04/26), so if you're interested we'll have to tell them ideally a week before then minimum so that the landlord agrees in time x

Room is en-suite in the Northern Quarter, 15mins away from Piccadilly Station and right near a tram stop which is super convenient honestly! The flat is pretty high-up so it's really quiet with the windows closed despite being really central. Rent is currently £712pm and bills are around £180 (this includes tax).

Council tax is band D - I reply to all messages here if you have any more questions! x

Hello! I'm Julia, I'm 25 and work as a software engineer in town. I work Monday to Friday, in the office at least 2 days a week usually. I would like to live with someone with a similar schedule to me, although its not a deal breaker if it's not :)

I'm a pretty chill person - not much of a party-person but I have no problem if you are! I've taken up walking for fun recently whenever I can and it's draining my energy so I'm a big fan of being lazy with a cozy evening most of the time 😂

I've been told I'm an unusually clean person if you're a fan of that in flat-shares, but dw - cleaning often is just a habit of mine so I don't care if you're super clean as long as you're not super messy!! 😆
