Double room with private bathroom

My flatmate is moving out of this lovely modern flat, so we’re looking for someone to take over a double room their own bathroom. The flat is in a secure building with concierge and gym.

I’m Eve ✨I’m 25, a speech and language therapist working Monday- Friday 8–4 most days. I’m a social girlie and always up for a good chat, a spontaneous pub trip, or a Netflix night in. I’m in my wholesome reading era with my kindle, I love socialising but enjoy my own time too! I’m clean and tidy and like to live in a clean space so looking for someone who feels the same. Looking to live with someone who are more than just flatmate – I’d love to make a home where we can be besties too!

Bills come to around £110 each but this can fluctuate!
