Hey, I'm planning to move out of my flatshare in the autumn as I have plans to go travelling. So I'm looking for someone to replace me - females only and in 20s/30s preferred!
It's a room in a homely 2 bed flat in the Green Quarter, sharing with a friendly flatmate who's a female in her late 20s. She goes into work each day so the flat is available to work from if you need to WFH.
The flat itself is really nicely decorated. It has a large kitchen/living space with a comfy corner sofa, and is a corner flat so we only have neighbours on one side and don't ever hear them.
The main bedroom has an en suite, so occupying the second bedroom you will have pretty much exclusive access to and use of the main bathroom.
The location is super convenient too, being a 10 min walk to Victoria, Shudehill, and Exchange Square, with regular trams through to St Peters if you work in town. It's also a short walk to the Fort retail park.
I'm moving out in August, and the landlord wants to renew the contract with the new tenant.
Currently, the rent is £1300 between 2 (£650 each) and bills per person roughly come to around:
£90 council tax
£50 energy
£15 water
£20 WiFi
£15 TV licence
About you:
Ideally you will be a female in your 20s or 30s who works full time, is mature, sensible, clean and tidy, and respectful. It's not the type of flat with parties or going out.
