Double room with own bathroom and shared living space available from end of Sept!

The apartment is located opposite the print works, Victoria station very close (luckily the windows are good so you can’t hear much). The building has a gym, cinema, private dining space and co-working area.

The apartment is fully furnished, with a lounge and open kitchen-diner. The balcony is great for people watching, on a morning watching the city wake up.

The room itself isn’t huge (I pay more rent for a bigger room), but has all the same features: ottoman bed, large wardrobe, etc. It does have the larger bathroom!

I’ve lived here for two years and my currently housemate is buying a new flat hence looking for a new housemate.

I’m looking for someone on a similar wave length; chilled home vibes, wine on the balcony, and the like.
