Double Room in Manchester City Centre Flat

This cosy room is located in a recently-refurbished two-bedroom flat, which is located on the 4th floor of this popular development on the edge of Manchester’s city centre.

The room is south-facing getting a good share of sunshine especially in the mornings. And the flat is equipped with a digital intercom system for securing the building entrance.

Both bedroom are of a similar size. The first room is taken by a 22-year old post-graduate Nigerian student doing a masters degree in Media Studies. She is clean, polite, quiet and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone.

The fully furnished flat has been fully refurbished in the past year. It has seen new flooring installed, fresh white paint in all room, a new bathroom and new bedroom furniture brought in. Before that, it had an open space fully equipped kitchen, a living area, one bathroom and two bedrooms with south-facing windows as well.
