It is located on the 4th floor of Springfields Court, a popular development on the edge of Manchester’s city centre. It is on a quiet street, but just a few minutes walk from the heart of Manchester’s best shopping, entertainment and transport links.
The room is south-facing getting a good share of sunshine especially in the mornings. If you don’t prefer the bed next to the wall, the layout you see in the photos can be changed to a more typical arrangement.
The other room in the flat is taken by a 22-year old post-graduate female student doing a masters degree in Media Studies. She is clean, polite, quiet and helpful and I would recommend her to anyone.
The fully furnished flat has been fully refurbished in the past year. It has an open space fully equipped kitchen, a living area, one bathroom and two bedrooms with south-facing windows as well. It is equipped with a digital intercom system for securing the building entrance and there is ample storage space, a vacuum cleaner and a bran new washing machine with dryer.
The Council Tax band is B and bills including council tax average around 150 a month. I can also arrange for an all-bills-included option if desired.
