He is clean, polite, quiet and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. He is currently in charge of paying bills and he’ll share all required information with the incoming flatmate.
The fully furnished flat has been fully refurbished in the past year. It has seen new flooring installed, fresh white paint in all room, a new bathroom and new bedroom furniture brought in. Before that, it had an open space fully equipped kitchen, a living area, one bathroom and two bedrooms with south-facing windows as well.
