Flatmate Wanted for Manchester City Centre Flat

This cosy room is located in a recently-refurbished two-bedroom flat, which is located on the 4th floor of this popular development on the edge of Manchester’s city centre.

The room is south-facing getting a good share of sunshine especially in the mornings. And the flat is equipped with a digital intercom system for securing the building entrance.

Both bedroom are of a similar size. The first room is taken by a 25-year old English professional working in marketing and staying until February 2026. He is clean, polite, quiet and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone. He is currently in charge of paying bills and he’ll share all required information with the incoming flatmate.

The fully furnished flat has been fully refurbished in the past year. It has seen new flooring installed, fresh white paint in all room, a new bathroom and new bedroom furniture brought in. Before that, it had an open space fully equipped kitchen, a living area, one bathroom and two bedrooms with south-facing windows as well.
