Rent £600 pcm bills not included (£220 pcm roughly)

Deposit was £800 initially with landlord ( this will need to be renegotiated with Landlord)
En-suite included

Balcony inaccessible which explains lower rent ( further details available on explanation)

Looking for 6 months minimum but further extensions can be agreed with Landlord.
