Hey! My partner and I have been flat sharing with our friend, however, we need to leave due to an unexpected change in circumstances. Looking for someone to take on our 2 rooms in this great 3-bedroom flat.
I am open to new tenant(s) taking on one or both of these rooms, so do feel free to reach out if you are only interested in one.

• Fully equipped gym
• Cinema room, events space, co-working area, games room, private dining space
• Garden terrace
• Safe parcel room
• Tons of entertainment gear you can rent by the hour (games, consoles, speakers, etc.)
• Central location near the Printworks, Victoria Station.
🏡 The Room/Flat (applies to both rooms):
• Double room
• Large built-in wardrobe and under-bed storage
• Fully furnished
• Fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher)
• Bathroom (Shared only between these 2 rooms as the third has an en-suite)
• Current lease ends 29th December 2025 but it can be extended indefinitely should you choose
💸 Costs (per room)
• Council Tax: £89/month (Band D)
• Electricity: Roughly £60/month (No gas)
• Wifi included in rent
• Note: Each tenant should have an annual income of at least £22,850 to meet the affordability criteria for a third of the rent.
🚗 Parking (optional):
Parking at the building is £200/month, but there are a few options nearby for £75-£100/month.
🗓️ Move-In Date: July 29th at the earliest, but can be flexible after that

Female, in her 20s. 9-5 job. Relatively quiet and keeps to herself, but is still sociable.
