Spare room near Oxford Road

Hi!
I have a spare room available in a 2-bed flat just a minute walk from Oxford road station! Pictures of the room below, rent is 800 + bills come to about 60 each (not including council tax). You would have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite. Good sized living room that has a small balcony, kitchen with a dishwasher, and a separate room with a washing machine. There’s also a decent sized store room that you can use if you have any extra stuff/as a study. The flat is in a great location, there’s a Sainsbury’s right by the building, a Tesco across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. The building also has a 24-hr concierge. 15-20 min walk into town/NQ/the university campuses.

I am doing my PhD in reproductive sciences, so ideally would be looking for another student to avoid council tax (its band E). I’m clean, quiet and very respectful of other people’s spaces. Would love to have a flatmate that I could be friends with. I love crocheting, crafts and board games, watching tv shows and movies and like cooking. I enjoy a good evening in as well as going out for drinks/a meal, just generally pretty easygoing.
