I’ve got a spacious double room available in a stunning flat in the Northern Quarter of Manchester. The place has loads of character with exposed brick, a massive living room/dining area and is fully furnished. The location is perfect if you want to live within walking distance to the city centre or all the amazing cafes and bars in the NQ.
- Rent: £700/month
- Bills: Approx £190/month
- Contract: 12 months then rolling monthly
- Room: Furnished double room
- Move-in: provisionally 20th Aug, but can be flexible around that date.

About the flat:
The flat is honestly beautiful with loads of space to hang out and relax. The kitchen is spacious and the living room is a great spot for movie nights or just chilling after work. Pics are of previous furniture layout

About me:
I’m pretty laid back and work as an engineer in Warrington. I (try to) go into the office 2 days/week and wfh the rest of the time. In the evenings/weekends I’m usually at the gym or going for a run recently with the weather being so good. I’m originally from Edinburgh and moved to Manchester 2 years ago.

My girlfriend usually comes over a few days during the week, and I’m often at hers during the weekend. I’m someone who loves a chat and a hangout, but also enjoys my own space from time to time. I love the occasional night out but don’t drink very regularly anymore.

Who I’m looking for:
Someone easygoing and friendly who’s happy to hangout but also respects space. All genders and identities are more than welcome.
