Hi! I'm a 3rd year (paid) PhD student at the University of Manchester looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out.
The flat is located in the Northern Quarter area of Manchester and has a large open plan living room/kitchen area. The room available is a fully furnished large double room with an en-suite bathroom. The apartment also comes with a parking space in an underground garage.
I’m a respectful and fairly laid-back person, usually pretty busy with research during the week but always up for a chat or a pint in the evenings.
The rent for the coming year will be £625 pp each per month. The council tax band is D, but i'm currently a student so don't pay this.
