I am looking for someone to take over my studio in Vita Manchester Circle Square. (4 mins walking distance from University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University).
Vita is Manchester’s #1 Private Student Accommodation. I stayed in this studio for my first year of university and had an amazing experience.

Accommodation: Room Type: Premium Studio
Tenancy Length: 44 or 51 weeks
Tenancy start date: 6/9/25
Rent details: £390/week for 51 weeks, £429/week for 44 weeks including gas, water, WiFi and electricity charges.

An installment plan option is available with an additional fee.

The studio was pre booked early during the year so the price islower than the current market price. I am also offering an additional discount of £1,000 to be deducted from rent above which makes it even a better deal!
The take over will be handled by vita staff themselves.
