Double room with private bathroom

3 bed flat in Manchester City centre (10 minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station).

Sam and Alec here! Our friend is moving out so looking for someone to move in and replace him in the tenancy for 1 year from September 19th 2025. We’re very sociable and enjoy a pub trip!

The room you’d be moving into is a furnished double room with a private bathroom (your bathroom door is opposite your bedroom door), with bath, shower and toilet.

Living room/kitchen is shared with us and Sam’s bedroom is a mezzanine which overlooks it (he doesn’t mind people coming in and out and not too fussy about a bit of noise).

Sam works 4 days in the office, 1 from home (Fridays). Alec works from home most of the time.

There is an indoor parking space available with the flat (as neither of us use it currently).

We have a very good relationship with the landlord - we communicate with them directly regarding any issues and they are very friendly.

Water: £17 pcm (paid every 6 months)
WiFi: £6.66 pcm
Council Tax: £73 pcm
