Looking for a female to take over my tenancy - ideally from the 1st of September and it’s until 22nd of Feb 2026, with the option of extending.
Due to personal reasons I’m having to move out of my lovely flat in Manchester. Based just outside of the Northern Quarter in a building called Poplin. It would be to join a 2 bed, 2 bath flat. The room has a king size bed and you have full access to the main bathroom - as the other has an en-suite. The flat is fully furnished and you would be sharing with a 26 year old professional who works from home 3 days a week, enjoys a glass of wine & a walk.
Rent is dependent on salary, so I can’t give an exact figure - annoyingly. It will be approx £752.5 plus bills (bills approx £180 inc council tax) but I can confirm a definite when I have an exact salary. If you’re a key worker (NHS, teaching etc) you may be eligible for key worker discount which can take a bit off the rent.
The building is relatively new - we are the first tenants in the flat. It has a lovely co-working space, a roof terrace and also does lots of events throughout the year for people to meet others within the flats.
