Hello 👋 I’m moving abroad to be with family, so looking for someone to take my room, must start from 1st September. I’ve lived here for 5 years as it’s such a lovely flat, I wouldn’t be moving out if I were staying in Manchester!

The estate agents have agreed for a name change to replace me on the current tenancy, this runs until 31/12/2025 and is renewed yearly.

The other flatmate (Annie) is a 30yo female doing a PhD (so you get a nice discount on council tax) and we’ve known each other since school, so I can safely say she’s very easy going and very comfortable to live with.

You must be clean and tidy as we’ve kept this place in a really good condition for these past 5 years!

- 2 door wardrobe

- desk and shelves optional as I won’t be taking them
- other flatmate has en-suite so other bathroom is completely yours
- allocated parking space in secure garage

- good size open plan living area
- two sofas and tv
- full kitchen amenities
- balcony with table and chairs
- great location by Victoria station

- Electricity £70 pcm
- Internet £17.50 pcm
- Council tax £68 pcm
