M1 two-bedroom apartment (bill included)

Hi!

I’m looking for a flatmate to share a two-bedroom apartment. I’ve taken one room, and the other is available for £750, bills included (water, gas, etc), with a deposit of 5 weeks’ rent. The apartment is rented from a private landlord, so there’s no process of referencing required. The end of tenancy can be flexible, as long as it runs beyond June next year, with an option to extend (two months’ notice required).

The living room and bathroom would be shared between me, and potentially, you. I’m tidy, enjoy quiet personal space, and like to socialise occasionally. I’m a fiction writer and filmmaker (credited on both Goodreads and IMDb), currently in my third year of PhD in Creative Writing. I also like playing basketball and badminton.
