I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement (through a name change) on 28th October 2025. The tenancy agreement ends on 27th July 2026 where you can move out or renew.
You will be living with a very friendly, clean and considerate flatmate, Kav. He likes to chat and hang out in the living room/kitchen and also have independent time in bedroom.
He loves cooking, watching tv, going out to explore Manchester, especially new restaurants.
