Flat to rent in Manchester City Centre

My name is Holly and I am a 27 year old nurse. I am currently living in a 2 bed flat with my sausage dog, Teddy. I am looking for a professional female to share the flat with and rent the second double room.

The building is right in the city centre next to Victoria train station. It has a gym, games room, multiple working from home facilities, cinema and 24 hour reception staff.

I work 5 days a week in my full time job. I also own my own aesthetic business and will often travel to North Yorkshire one to two weekends a month to my clinic there.

I enjoy running, the gym and walking my dog. I love finding new walks outside the city and have my car here to drive places. I love eating out and trying new restaurants so would be amazing to have someone to do that with also.

I am very clean, respectful and my dog is very well house trained.

Rent is £875 per month plus £165 for bills. Looking to extend my contract for at least 6 months with the hope to stay longer.
