Hi! My current flatmate is moving out in early October, so I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and easygoing to join me in our lovely flat at the Filaments.

The flat itself is located on the 11th floor with a full size balcony so the views are amazing. Your room is furnished with a large wardrobe, a double bed and drawers. You’d also have access to the main bathroom as the other bathroom is the ensuite room. Amenities include a gym, 24/7 concierge, co-working spaces, a parcel room and a residents lounge.

I’m a sociable professional who enjoys a good chat but also respects personal space and I’d love to find someone who’s happy to share the occasional cuppa or glass of wine, but who’s also considerate and reliable.

Rent is £773 per month, plus bills (around £125 pp a month) The move-in date is flexible, but ideally the first week of October.
